Lantern Light and Evenings on the Terrace

As autumn approaches, the long, bright summer nights begin to fade, and the woods grow dark earlier and earlier. The air cools, the sounds of the forest shift, and the first hints of crispness creep into the evenings. This is when our terrace transforms into the coziest retreat.

With a few lanterns swaying in the breeze and a couple of candles flickering on the table, the darkness feels less like an ending and more like an invitation. The world beyond the glow is full of mystery—the rustling of leaves, the occasional call of an owl, the distant scurry of something small. With a touch of citrus oil in the candles, the mosquitoes keep their distance, leaving us to enjoy the stillness undisturbed.

A warm cup of cocoa, coffee, or tea in hand, wrapped in a blanket, simply taking in the night—that's the essence of hygge. The kind of deep, quiet comfort that only comes when summer bows out and autumn whispers its arrival.
