Recipe: Simple Cocoa Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract /sugar

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract, blending well.
